Carter of Glouster, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Terry Carter (Gina), Kevin Carter (Ashley) and Debbie Gullett (Dale); her grandchildren, Dale Gullett Jr. (Hannah), Austin Gullett, Madison Gullett, Elias Gullett, Kira Gullett, Bailey Gullett, Brianna Gullett, Gabriella Gullett, Zach Carter, Christian Carter, Michael Carter and Joseph Carter; her great grandchild Jonah Gullett; her sisters, Elizabeth Bentz, Mary Jo Bycofski (Larry) and Pauline Trace; her siblings-in-law, Mary Hillyer and Mike Carter (Kay); and her pet Bee Gee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
