Tolliver of Glouster, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David F. Tolliver and Carolyn J. Dotson Tolliver; his grandparents, Foster, Faye Tolliver, Warren and Alice Dotson; and his aunts and uncles, Sharon Hastings, Debbie Steenrod (Dale), Susie Dotson, Warren Jr., Gary Dotson and Mark Jordan.
He is survived by: his sister Alicia F. Allman (Curt) of Vinton; his niece Tori Lynn Chapman of Muskegon, MI; his aunts, Marilyn Jordan of Athens, Nancy Bulstrom (Pat) of Albany, Pammy Harris of Lancaster and Flossie Keys (Howard) of The Plains; and his uncle Tim Hastings (Wanda Hudnall) of New Marshfield.
