Mackenzie is survived by: parent Donald "Shane" Carr of Ashley Glenn; grandparents, Ralph Bernard, Karen Bernard, Guysville, Keith, Lisa Glenn and Somerset; great-grandparents, Donna Glenn, Somerset, Patsy Brownell, Patrick Hanson and Glouster; and uncles, Shawn Glenn, Jeff Glenn, Somerset, Allen (Kayla) and Logan. Mackenzie is also survived by many great-aunts, great-uncles.
