She was predeceased by: her mother Julie Fritter Hook. She is survived by: her father Roger Jordan; her stepmother Michelle Jordan of Glouster; her siblings, Chad, Jeff, Isaac Hook, Dakota Sharon, Lyndsey and Amber Hook; her stepsister Torri Kempton; and her grandmother Kathleen Losey.

Due to Covid restrictions, there will be a limited number of people permitted in the funeral home at one time, and masks will be required.
