He was predeceased by: his father Rodney L. "Buck" Harper; and his grandparents, Paul John, Icel Oskey, Lowell and Opal Russell.
He is survived by: his mother Dianna Russell Harper of Glouster; his siblings, Mike Harper (Tracy) of Glouster and Melissa Harper (Scott) of Coolville; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Harper, Hannah Roell, Emily Marks, Christi Wright, Chelsie Ogle and Mathew Wright.
