He was predeceased by: his parent Lillian Mae Kochis Jeffers; his sister Patricia Packard; and his nephew Aaron Packard. He is survived by: his parent Oris Ray; his siblings, James Jeffers (Remyann) and June "Bug" Jeffers; and his cousins, Robert Bing and Randy Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
