She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cotter and Inez Sheskey Cotter; her husband William "Art" Moore; her great grandchild Branson Moore; and her siblings, Robert Cotter and Charlotte Rea.
She is survived by: her children, James Moore (Uleta) of Glouster, Pete Moore (Mary) of Glouster, Stephen Moore (LeeAnna) of Columbus and Lesa Ann (Brian Balch) of Pomeroy; her grandchildren, Peter, Chip, Alison, Geoff, Curt, Heath, Tiffiny, Beth and Julie; her brother James "Sonny" Cotter of Dayton; and her sister-in-law MaryJane Cotter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (31 Republic Ave, Glouster, OH 45732). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
