She is survived by: her daughters, Cassidy Collene Blake and Lori Lynn Bridgeman; her significant other Andrew Bentley; and her siblings, Richard Clemons (Jennifer) of Wisconsin, Christopher Clemons (Stephanie) of Nelsonville, Jonathan Smathers (Jennifer) of Glouster, Melissa Clemons of Louisiana and Joni Adkins (J. D.) of Nelsonville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
