She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Lisa, Steve Heavener, Chad, Jennifer Nash, Adam and Johnna Nash; her grandchildren, Samantha, Dameon Baughman, Joe, Ashley Heavener, Kaytlynn, Gary Tribe, Dylan, Alli Nash, Chad II, Emma Nash, Kirsten, Chris Cunningham and Anna Nash; and her great grandchildren, Bo Heavener, Laken Smathers, Braxton Sayers, Elliana Smathers, Quinn Sayers, Cylan Beebe, Ryann Rogers, Maggie Heavener, Lilly Nash, Laynie Tribe and Charlotte Nash.
In lieu of flowers, and in honoring her beloved daughter, Amy Lynn, the family requests donations be made to My Sister's Place, a domestic abuse support agency, via mail to P.O. Box 1158 Athens, Ohio 45701, with "Giving Fund" in the memo.
