It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lowery of Glouster, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James O. Keirns; her siblings, Jim, Jody and Kip Keirns; and her father-in-law Robert Lee Lowery.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Lowery of Glouster; her children, Jason R. Lowery of Glouster and Ashley D. Whitmer (Josh) of Pickerington; her grandchildren, Hailey, Hannah Whitmer, Olivia Lowery and Hayden Whitmer; her mother Ruth Ann Malone Keirns; her brothers, Kim Keirns (Holly) of Glouster and John Keirns (Katrina) of Glouster; and her mother-in-law Margaret Lowery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
