He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hamilton and Dorothy Hamilton (Russel); his former wife Mickie Hamilton; his wife Pamela E. Hamilton; and his son Curtis R. Hamilton Sr..
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Hamilton (Serena) of Columbus and Kevin Hamilton (Stephanie) of Columbus; his stepsons, Robert Linkous (Laura) of Mount Vernon and Victor Linkous (Kimberly) of Columbus; his brother Roger Hamilton of Morgan County, OH; his brother-in-law Victor Douglas Linkous of West Jefferson, OH; his cousin Ronnie Russell of Glouster, OH; and his close friends, Charlie Crothers of Glouster, OH and Eric Ott of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
