She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel E. Mulpas, Sr.; her parents, Dale Toohey and Vera Warfield; and her siblings, Steve Toohey and Marcie Toohey.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel E. Mulpas, Jr. (Marie) of Zanesville, Darcie L. Lutz (Jeff) of Westerville and Donalene E. Paynter (Phillip) of Westerville; her grandchildren, Hannah McCord (Corey) of Westerville, Brandon Lutz of Westerville, Heidi Paynter of Westerville and Taylor Lutz of Westerville; her great grandchild Charlotte McCord of Westerville; and her siblings, Fred Toohey (Joyce) of Barnesville, Tim Toohey (Donna) of Seneca Lake, Rodney Toohey of Port Wentworth, GA, Marlene Warren (Rodney) of Caldwell and Christine Boles of Morgantown, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
