He is survived by: his parent Carl Eugene; his wife Patricia Ann Miller of Glouster; his children, Carl Eugene Puckett III of West Virginia, Patricia Marie Puckett of West Virginia and Courtney Ann Puckett of West Virginia; his mother Margie Ann Puckett of Columbus; his brothers, Rod L. Warne of Columbus, Rick Puckett (Tina) of Columbus and Billy Seel of Columbus; and his mother-in-law Kathy Miller of Millfield.
