She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Smith; her son Brad Smith (Carol) of Glouster; her grandchildren, Jayanna Smith, Erik Hook and DaNell Harvey (David); her great grandchildren, Harlow Hook, David Jr. and Daisy Harvey; and her brother Roger Russell (Cookie) of Greens Run.
