He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mullins and Manda "Mandy" Mullins (Hall); his brother Cheyanne "Bigun" Mullins; and his granddaughter Mariah. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy A. Fuller; his wife Beanie; his children, Christina Lynn Mullins of Blackshear, GA, Cindy Marie Mullins of Jacksonville, FL, Joseph "Joey" Paul Mullins of Waycross, GA, Leslie James Shattuck of Coshocton, OH, Crystal Anne Sanders (Kevin) of Middleburg, FL and Jannis Elaine Shattuck of Blackshear, GA; his brothers, James Mullins and Okey "Bo" Mullins; his pet Lucy Mae; and his granddaughters, Samantha Nicole Potter and Kimberly Johns.
