He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah, Amber and Maddie; and his brothers, Mike (Dawn), Dave (Kim), Bruce (LeAnn), Dennis (Lynne) and Jeff. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
