Patrick of Glandorf, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Patrick and Mary Patrick (Cox); and his wife Jane Wortkoetter. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Patrick (Jill) of Ottawa and Heather Brickner (Sean) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Ava, Sophia, Claire Brickner, Dillon and Lilliann Patrick; and his siblings, Patty McInally (Mike) of Ottawa, Linda Larson of Ottawa, Leroy Patrick (Cindy) of Ottawa, Frank Patrick of Ottawa and Jake Cox (Sue) of Myrtle Beach, SC..
