It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne E. Patrick of Glandorf, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Patrick and Mary Patrick (Cox); and his wife Jane Wortkoetter. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Patrick (Jill) of Ottawa and Heather Brickner (Sean) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Ava, Sophia, Claire Brickner, Dillon and Lilliann Patrick; and his siblings, Patty McInally (Mike) of Ottawa, Linda Larson of Ottawa, Leroy Patrick (Cindy) of Ottawa, Frank Patrick of Ottawa and Jake Cox (Sue) of Myrtle Beach, SC..

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
