She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Karl Morman and Anna Mae Morman (Ellerbrock); her husband Steven Barlage; her daughters, Melissa Fortman (Ross) of Glandorf, Erin Berger (Chris) of Ottawa and Lyndsey Schumaker (Jared) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Alexa, Liana (Kyla Fortman), Carter (Lydia Berger) and Adalie (Levi Schumaker); her siblings, Lisa Ellerbrock (Mark) of Ottawa, Mark Morman (Stacy) of Ottawa and Amy Birkemeier (Dave) of Glandorf; her brother-in-law Greg Cavanaugh of Ottawa; and her sister Debra Cavanaugh.
In keeping with the COVID 19 regulations, masks will be required.
In lieu of gifts, memorial contributions may be made, in remembrance of Vicki, to Gateway Church, Findlay.
