He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schroeder and Helen Schroeder (Kern); his wife Rosemarie Drerup; his daughter Becky Schroeder; his granddaughter Kerri Shank; his siblings, Louie Schroeder and Rita Maas (Elmer); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Palte, Greg Hovest, Bob Eith and Jim Warnecke.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Schroeder (Tammy) of Ottawa, Terry Schroeder (Teresa) of Ottawa, Tony Schroeder (Melanie) of Glandorf, Kelly Schroeder (Scott) of Glandorf and Jill Schroeder of Louisville, KY; his siblings, Dale Schroeder (Ruth) of Bowling Green, Gary Schroeder (Jan) of Kalida, Evelyn Palte of Glandorf, Pat Hovest of Glandorf, Doris Eith of New Jersey and Diane Warnecke of Kalida; and his sister-in-law Jean Schroeder. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
