Rita Maas Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2021, at the age of 83, Rita Maas of Glandorf, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Schroeder and Helen Schroeder (Kern); her husband Elmer Maas; her brother Louie Schroeder; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Schroeder, Bill Palte, Greg Hovest, Bob Eith and Jim Warnecke.

She is survived by: her children, Deb Carder (Ricky) of Ottawa and Dennis Maas (Marcia) of Wapakoneta; her siblings, Tom Schroeder of Glandorf, Dale Schroeder (Ruth) of Bowling Green, Gary Schroeder (Jan) of Kalida, Evelyn Palte of Glandorf, Pat Hovest of Leipsic, Doris Eith of West Deptford, NJ and Diane Warnecke of Kalida; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Schroeder of Ottawa. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing are required upon entering the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
