Chamberlin; her sons, Travis Chamberlin (Yadira) of Leipsic, Kyle Chamberlin (Tori) of Columbus Grove and Carl Chamberlin (Shelly) of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Jamie, Jordan, Kaleb and Kolby; her great grandchildren, Isabella and Axel; her sister Shirley Warniment (Dennis) of Ottawa; and her sister-in-law Sandy Westrick of Ottawa.
