She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Minning and Verna Minning (Schuerman); her husband Raymond J. Schmitz; her daughter Theresa Foppe; her son-in-law Lindsey Bradley; and her siblings, Tom Minning, Lou Minning, Dorothy Warnecke (Paul), Mary Siebeneck (Henry) and Rita Minning.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Shaker (Chandra) of Bluffton, SC, Connie Sunderhaus (Mike) of Ottawa, Jane Rice (Doug) of Findlay, Jim Schmitz (Deb) of Glandorf, Sue Morman (Dave) of Ottawa and Kaye Bradley of Delphos; her son-in-law Eugene Foppe of Kalida; and her sister-in-law Joan Minning of Landeck. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Hospice or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf.
