He is survived by: his wife Christine Hoffman (Schnipke) of Glandorf; his children, Danni Breece (Brian) of Glandorf, Jo Haughn (Trent) of Toledo, Becca Compton (Zach) of Oregon, Sammi Hoffman (Chris Mounce) of Findlay, Zach Hoffman (Erin) of Findlay and Nate Hoffman of Glandorf; his grandchildren, Branch Breece, Allison Breece, Booker Breece, Sloan Haughn and James Compton; and his siblings, Karen Hoffman of Glandorf, Greg Hoffman (Lisa) of Glandorf and Tony Hoffman (Roseann) of Ottawa.
