He was predeceased by: his sisters, Imogene Jones (Jim) and Norma Fackler (Dave). He is survived by: his spouse Judy McMillen Langhals Gerding; his children, Lisa Langhals (Al Wolke) of Ottawa, Ralph Langhals (Sherrie) of Glandorf and Jack Gerding of Carey; his grandson Bryan Flores (Carolina); his great grandchildren, Alina Flores and Nathan Flores; and his brothers, Don Gerding (Joan) of Ottawa, Jim Gerding (Helen) of Kalida, John Gerding (Nancy) of Miller City and Steve Gerding (Gina) of Glandorf.
Memorial donations may be made to the Putnam County Veterans Services or Putnam County Hospice.
