He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Meyer and Marie Meyer (Luebrecht); his brother Ronald Meyer; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Meyer and Norm Stasell.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean M. Hermiller; his sons, Jason Meyer (Leah) of Glandorf and Kevin Meyer (Katie) of Glandorf; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Evelyn, Chase, Riley, Hayes and Lottie; his siblings, Germaine Stasell of New Haven, IN, Gerry Meyer of Ottawa, Joyce Catalioti (Tom) of Cleveland, Ruth Hovan (Steve) of Cleveland, Sharon Hermiller (Dave) of Glandorf and Greg Meyer (Denise) of Houston, TX; and his sister-in-law Helen Meyer of Ottawa.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Love Funeral Home - Ottawa (405 E 3rd St, Ottawa, OH 45875). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (109 N Main St, Glandorf, OH 45848).
