He is survived by: his wife Tricia Kirkendall; his children, Abby Maas (Bob) of Glandorf and Lucas Horstman of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Garrett, Logan, Caitlyn and Griffin; his brothers, John Horstman (Shirley) of Continental, Steve Horstman (Ginny) of Cloverdale, Gary Horstman (Angie) of Kalida and Dale Horstman (Carolyn) of Cloverdale; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Horstman of Ottawa and Debi Horstman of Lewis Center.
Memorial donations may be made to the Titan Stadium Project or St. John the Baptist Parish Center, Glandorf.
