She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Verhoff and Helen Verhoff (Lucke); her brother Ivan Verhoff; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara and Ronnie Maag.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Palte; her daughters, Donna Brown (Arnie) of Glandorf, Debra Ebbeskotte (Mike) of Glandorf, Diana Kuhlman (Greg) of Miller City, Dawn Benjamin (Brian) of Findlay and Denise Annesser (Ryan) of Glandorf; her siblings, Ron Verhoff (Grace), Marge Tabler (Larry), Judy Kirst (Gary), Dan Verhoff (Mary Kay), Bill Verhoff (Monica), Mary Diller (Randy) and Mike Verhoff (Kim); and her sister-in-law Lena Verhoff. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 15 Great-Grandchildren.
