He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Neff and Armida Neff (Crivelli); his children, William Neff (Jenny) of Channahon, IL, Alycia Greene (Richard) of Girard and Erik Neff of Girard; his brother Charles Neff (Mary) of Birmingham, MI; his grandchildren, Billy, Kameron, Lauryn and Karlie; and his wife Mary Ann Neff (Sirnik). He was also cherished by niece and nephews.
