She was predeceased by: her father William Magan; her husband John Floyd Spencer Sr.; her grandson Codie James Magan; and her sister Jodi Wiseman. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Magan of Poland, OH; her sons, Charles W. Magan and John Spencer Jr. (Jamiae); her granddaughter Gracie May Magan of Youngstown, OH; and her siblings, Wendy Wright (Kellie) of Leetonia, OH, Missy Magan (Michael Smith) of Austintown, OH and John Magan (Rebecca) of Niles, OH..
Tracy, along with her father, rallied her friends and family to participate in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life for many years, where they formed the "Santa Cause Team.".
