He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. O'Malley and Alice Swift O'Malley. He is survived by: his children, Catherine O'Malley (Jeff DelSignore) of Youngstown, Elizabeth O'Malley of Girard, Megan-Alyse Perkins (Tony) of Seattle and Michael O'Malley (Stacie Harmon) of Conyers; the mother of his children Marjorie Rice O'Malley of Girard; and his brother Terrance "Terry" O'Malley (Denise) of Girard. He is also survived by many extended family members; and many friends.
