He is survived by: his wife Linda Maderitz Mazzella; his sons, Charlie Mazzella (Erin), J. Mazzella (Jacklyn) and Brian Mazzella (Mindy); his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Nichol, Ryan, Zach, Dillion, Zoee, Niko, Jax and Gia; and his niece Tami. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
