With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas R. Thompson Sr. of Girard, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on February 24, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Richard Russell Thompson Sr.; his uncle Duane Thompson; and his brother-in-law Kyle J Kyle "Skippy". He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann O'Neil (Dean); his pets, Denver and Lucy; his wife Cathy Thompson (Balser); his children, Kayla Richey (Andrew), Thomas R Thompson Jr. and Rachel Thompson; his grandchildren, Caden and Kinsley Richey; his siblings, Mary Ann Thompson, Kelly Thompson, Andrea Thompson, Darlene Kyle, Maureen Farris (Anthony), Jackie O'Neil, Richard R Thompson Jr. (Grace Sciarra) and Sean O'Neil; and his stepmother Carol Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests any memorial contributions be made to West Side Cats located in Girard, OH in the name of Thomas R Thompson Sr.
