He was predeceased by: his parents, William Evans and Elizabeth Evans (Price); and his siblings, Joyce Robinette (Dale) and Bill Evans. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas S. Evans Jr. of Girard, Wayne Evans of Rogers and William Evans (Marcy) of Leetonia; his siblings, Eileen Adler (Dick) of Warren and Rees Evans of Girard; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Gabriel and Elizabeth.
