She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Copich and Frances Copich (Rebek); her husband Stephen Fabian; and her brother William Copich. She is survived by: her daughters, Caroline Vicchiarelli (Doug) of Sagamore Hills and Louise Vouk (Keith) of Kirtland; her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Hannah, Dylan and Carlin; and her sister-in-law Alexandria Copich. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Rose Church (48 Main St, Girard, OH 44420). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Sylvia's name to either Hospice of the Western Reserve Palliative Care, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44110 or Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.
