He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mazejko and Kathryn Danylchak Mazejko; and his sister Sophie Mazejko. He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Pawlik (Lawrence) of Poland and Ashley Mazejko of Central Falls; his grandchildren, Rosalie and Lawrence; and his brother John Mazejko of Poland.
