He is survived by: his sons, Robert Mikolaj (Noreen) of Florida and Mark Mikolaj of Girard; his brother Cyril Mikolaj of Austintown; his grandchildren, Kelli Rae O'Connell and Robbie Mikolaj; and his great grandchildren, Ryder Michael and Rylee Rae O'Connell.
