With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelda Byers of Girard, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on May 15, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Shelda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shelda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Davidson and Flora Davidson (Lawson). She is survived by: her children, Thomas Byers (Wendy) of Girard and Ami Cole (John) of Texas; her siblings, Joan Charles of Newark and Ray Davidson of Hubbard; and her grandchildren, Mallory, Halie, Jeremy and Duston.
