She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppina Matarazzo Parillo and Giuseppi Parillo. She is survived by: her husband John Creatura; her children, Anna Popovich (Frank) of Poland and Chuck Creatura (Millie) of Poland; her grandchildren, Francesca (Collin), Sara Popovich, Jonathan and Mila Creatura; her siblings, Rocco Parillo (Rosemarie) of Girard, Vincenzo "Vince" Parillo of Girard, Luciano Parillo (Marilyn) of Boardman, Caroline Martuccio (Sam) of Girard and Angeline; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Zentko of Youngstown and MaryAnne Creatura of Youngstown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many extended family members; and many friends.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, all in attendance are asked to wear masks or face coverings, and to respect social distancing guidelines.
