He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mills and Rose Costanzo Mills; his son Ronald J. Mills; and his siblings, Fred Mills, Francis J. "Butch" Mills, John Riley, James Riley, Emmett Riley, Carol Arthur, Patricia Riley, Angie Mills, Delores Platt and Margaret Komlanc.
He is survived by: his daughter Patty Mills; his granddaughter Megan Eichert (Marc) of Boardman; his great grandchildren, Ian Jones and Raeann Flask (Josh); and his wife Agnes R. Forte Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
