He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pagano and Mary Trina Pagano. He is survived by: his wife Dahlia Vitucci; his children, Dr. Trina Pagano (Scott Conner), Lia Byrne (Gordon) and Dr. Paul Pagano (Nikki); his grandchildren, Sam (Tara), Karina, Francesca, Dante, Stella and Enzo; his stepfather Dominic Petrella; his brother Guy Pagano; his sister-in-law Irene Pagano; and his stepsiblings, James Petrella (Dolores) and Angeline Bevilacqua (Felix).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Sam's honor to Girard City Schools for the Sam and Dahlia Pagano Penguin Scholarship Fund.
