Salvatore Ponzio III Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Salvatore Ponzio III of Girard, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Salvatore J. Ponzio and Judy Ponzio (Demas); his grandmother Regina Demas; his siblings, Joe Ponzio (Lucille) of Lake Wylie, SC and Gina Sherock (Dave) of Columbus; his nephew Dominic Ponzio; and his nieces, Lucia, Viviana Ponzio and Carmella Sherock. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many wonderful friends.
The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the family so that a future scholarship fund can be established in Sal's memory.
