It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Hanson of Girard, Ohio, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Damelio and Julia Damelio (Kohkoski); her husband James C. Hanson; her son John "Sparkie" Hanson; and her siblings, Joseph Damelio, Irene Moore and Agnes "Jay" Sause.
She is survived by: her children, Ken F. Hanson of San Antonio, James C. Hanson of Ft. Worth Texas and Brenda L. Hanson of Girard; and her brother James Damelio (Donna) of Girard. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty- five great grandchildren.
