He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anthony and Phyllis Christina DeFrank; and his brothers, John DeFrank Jr. and James DeFrank. He is survived by: his significant other Karla Steele; his children, Rocky DeFrank Jr. (Meghan Hillier) of Warren, Justin Dillon (Adrien Foutz) of Springfield, James DeFrank of Niles and Desiree Cline (Zachary) of Niles; his stepchildren, Nicole Steele (Anthony Marino) of Warren and Billy Steele (Noelle Migliozzi) of Warren; and his sisters, Madelyn Prologo of Struthers and France Sferra (Tony) of Boardman. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, four step grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
