Hettrick of Danville; his grandsons, Gabriel, Michael and Johnny Suarez; his sister Betty Jane Paroz (Paul) of Ohio; his stepson Bill Chase (Marcy) of Ohio; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Ryan Chase of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
