He was predeceased by: his father Ken Flaviani; and his grandfather Alfred Flaviani. He is survived by: his mother Denise Mazza Bennett; his siblings, Laura Davis of Duluth and Chaz Davis; his stepmother Tracie Davis of Mineral Ridge; his siblings, Justin McCauley of Austintown and Jessica McCauley of Niles; his grandparents, Cecelia Flaviani, Richard J. Mazza, Dennis and Marie Roller; and his pet Maycee May. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Richard's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Kinnick Funeral Home, 222 S. State St., Girard, OH 44420, to help with final expenses.
