He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Vickie Neeld; his grandparents, Milton Williams Jr., Ronald, Martha Dawkins and Debbie Scrivens; and his great-grandparents, Irvin and Nelven Scrivens.
He is survived by: his parents, Reginald Duane Srivens Sr. and Samantha Dawkins; his wife Ashley Spina; his children, Amarielle L. Scrivens of Warren and Reginald D. Scrivens III of Austintown; his stepdaughter Brooklynn Davis of Holland, Michigan; and his siblings, Whitney Dawkins of Warren, Maegen Stringer of Warren, Aleyah Scrivens of Columbus, Leon Glover Jr. of Warren, Shakur Glover of Akron, Delshawn and Dante Owens of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and by a host of extended family and friends.
