He was predeceased by: his parents, Curry Noel and Sandra L. Noel (Haggerty); and his brother Rick Noel. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Jo Noel (Foraker); his son Randy W. Noel, Jr.; and his siblings, Steve Noel of Hubbard, Connie Patrick of Hubbard and Mona Waldeck (Dave).
