He was predeceased by: his son Jazper Musolf. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Musolf and Janice Musolf (Ruhl) of Warren; his girlfriend Jodi Conci of Toronto, OH; his children, Zaine, Kylie and Lillyann Musolf; and his brother Wade Musolf (Rachel) of Warren. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
