It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Monico (Girard, Ohio), who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaetano Colaiacovo and Lucia Colaiacovo (Ferrara); her husband Anthony L. Monico Jr.; and her siblings, Philomena Elisco, Helen Amodie, Clara Staph and Benito Colaiacovo.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Monico (Rita) of Henderson, Gary Monico (Kelly) of Farmington and Karen Monico Gleason (Randy) of Missouri City; her siblings, Chris Lutz of New Castle and Harry Colaiacovo (Joyce) of New Castle; her grandchildren, Daniel Monico (Jamie), Angela Rapone (David) and Tony Monico; and her great grandchildren, Gia Monico, Ava Monico and Vincenzo Rapone.
The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to St. Rose Church.
