It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Cario of Girard, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maria Cario to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Odoardo Maruca and Giuseppa Maruca; and her brothers, Tomasso Maruca, Antonio Maruca, Rosario Maruca and Ezio Maruca.

She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Cario (Donna) of Girard, Edward Cario of Girard and Ron Cario (Carla) of Girard; her grandchildren, Kyle Cario, Andrew Cario, Joey Cario, Alisa Cario (Andrew), Jenna Cario, Juliana Cario, Cristiana Cario and Nicholas Cario; her brothers, Angelo Maruca (Ida), Nicola Maruca and Ettore Maruca; and her husband Federico Cario.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kinnick Funeral Home (222 S State St, Girard, OH 44420). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, Maria's family suggests memorial contributions be made to the donor's favorite charity.
